General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 699 baht platform and all services under it. By accessing our services through the website, mobile application or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited. If multiple members of a household use separate accounts, they are advised to avoid logging in from the same IP address or device.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email and payment details — must be completely truthful and accurate. If an account is registered with false information, 699 baht reserves the right to cancel that account and forfeit any balance.

2.4 Account Verification

699 baht may at any time request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 699 baht is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits are generally processed promptly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The available withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

3.3 Fraud and Irregularities

If fraud, a chargeback or any unusual activity is detected in a payment transaction, 699 baht reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel the account in question and hold the balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

When you open a new account at 699 baht, you receive a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500 — however, to withdraw the bonus amount, a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-related winnings will be held separately in the balance and cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, using fictitious betting patterns or any other irregularity may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.

4.4 Promotional Offers

From time to time, 699 baht may offer various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be published alongside the offer announcement. Using multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not possible unless explicitly stated.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on the 699 baht platform are operated by software from recognised game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe). Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Betting Limits

5.3 Technical Issues

699 baht's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier based on regular play.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

Each VIP tier receives cashback on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze level, up to 0.7% at Silver level and up to 1.0% at Gold level. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

6.3 Cashback Terms

Cashback applies only to the net loss (total losses minus total winnings) for that week. The cashback amount will be added directly to the account with no additional wagering requirements.

Responsible Conduct and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Exploiting any technical fault or bug in the platform
• Using software or bots to place automated bets
• Accessing or attempting to hack another person's account
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Operating an account under a false identity or another person's identity

Game software on the platform is supplied by third-party providers. 699 baht is not directly liable for any faults in that software, but will assist in resolving issues.

10.3 Taxes and Charges

Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be provided.

11.2 Account Closure by Management

In the event of a breach of the Terms, 699 baht may cancel an account without notice. In cases of serious breach, the balance may be forfeited.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms together form the entire legal agreement between 699 baht and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions are superseded by this agreement.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
